Position Evaluation with FES System

The Governor was represented by General Administrative Assistant and the Organization said that opening office evaluations in the future Provincial Government had used a system of evaluation system (FES). This will take place in the districts of Central Sulawesi. That was said by the governor (11/26/2018).

The governor conveyed the future bureaucratic reforms will be in eight areas of change, including: governance of anti-KKN, the number of professional civil servants, improving the quality of public services, increasing capacity and accountability of bureaucrat performance, increasing professionalism in apparatus, increasing mobility among regional officials/center, increasing in salaries and welfare guarantees.

Central Sulawesi Provincial Government has done several areas of change in the field of bureaucracy, among others, improving the welfare of civil servants to encourage civil servants in carrying out their duties and functions better professionally and with integrity. Furthermore, the Governor of Central Sulawesi, read by the Administrative Assistant and Organization said that the provision of additional income to the provincial ASN is based in Menpan RB regulation No. 34 of 2011 and RB Menpan Regulation No.39 of 2013.

Andi Kamal Lembah, representing the Head of Regional Secretary Organization and Tatalaksana Bureau, said that the validation of fornulation results on the job evaluations in the provincial and district/city government aims to determine the results of the formulation on job evaluations using FES method.

It is for determining the value and class position of ASN within the local government and also to obtain the approval of the Minister of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform regarding the results of validating the evaluation of positions within the local government institution. Andi also conveyed that through the results of the validation activities, the results of the compilation of job evaluation can be used in staffing programs such as formations, career systems, performance allowances and payroll systems. ***
